Add Song of the Week tab

A separate tab to view the Song of the Week info is required:

-Raffle date to choose the winner to select the next week's song of the week -Previous song of the week selections (in order to avoid repeating songs too often) -Separate ranking for song of the week winners for each path and overall -Rules and explanation -Song selection input for each path

This is in the plans, but there are some significant challenges in implementing it that I need to figure out first haha
