tnt event system #17

Seb and I are working on an Integration of the MSA Viewer and the tnt.tree component. However, for a smooth integration, we need the tree to have an event system and document its events. Are we currently having a documented Event System? Otherwise, I am thinking about just including and using biojs-events for that (which includes simple on and trigger functions to the tree.prototype).

TnT doesn't define any event at the moment. Feel free to work on this. Using biojs-events is fine by me.
