Installer script doesn't work for scoop #44

as you can see from here, the script is broken for mpv, as it does not place the files at all, but still shows as completed. also, the slashes should be backslashes, as per windows file explorer rules. I managed to get it working by myself, but this should still be addressed

I simply copied/renamed the respective files to C:\users[username]\scoop\persist\mpv
