[x] Need a dialogue to add new ships to local storage
[x] Need a dialogue to edit existing ships

How will this interact with timelines? Need to implement:

[ ] remove ship from future only (destroyed, retired etc.)
[ ] edit all instances of a ship (corrections)
[ ] edit future instances of a ship (refit, veterancy, etc.)
