Enables features:

Autosaving in case of browser hiccups
Save and load without having to manually maintain a library (like of gists or pastebins)

@SV-AlphaDelta I've provided some stubs for you to work with; you should be able to fill those in pretty easily. However, it may be more reasonable to use a vue plugin to provide better integration, primarily the ability to listen for changes to the local storage from other tabs so the list of saves updates as new blueprints are saved.

Feature is functional as of 750eeda9a0332c4026e5c94682bf244fcd80d794 but needs refinement.

There are a few bugs and UI nits remaining, but the core functionality is working well enough that I'll call the enhancement ticket here complete.
