Parts with quantities calculated instead of edited

A list from SWB:

Any part that has "no x" should be 0, and if you want to get real nifty when they go from no to another part maybe enter a 1 automagically.
TCU, Nacelle System, Eject System are locked to 1 except for No X is 0.
Computer Core, OS, Navigational Deflector, Fuel & Matter Stores, EPS Manifold System qty are locked to ship scale.
M/AM Injectors and Coolant Systems are locked to warp core size.
