Add Scala #1

👋 would it be possible to add the Scala programming language? Not sure if you still have the data, but I was hoping to see it in the tiobe_index_all_ratings file.

Hello there,

At this time, it's not possible to add Scala programming language because it hasn't achieved being in the top 20 of any month yet since the creation of the repo. That is, it will become available for tracking when I can see the language in the top 20 of TIOBE Index web site for the future.
