jiracli vs jirashell comparison #52

I think that it would be helpful to compare jiracli with jirashell (which is part of jira library).

Who knows maybe it would worth to merge the two of them into a single one that supports both interactive shell and command line.

@ssbarnea please go ahead and do the comparison. I'm not going todo that for now and I don't see this as a real issue. So wontfix.
