Can't mount optics #151

No optics are available for mounting on the following weapons - in the arsenal, or when dragging items in the inventory.

Looks like slipups in the not-inheriting-weaponslotsinfo changes for #136. Will have a look when the repo has been updated.

Blessed and cursed be Mikero, for his tools suck but we need them. Mostly to de-PBO and do whitebox testing.

In both cases, packed release is different from code on repo; with the repo code being a (one of a few) correct way of fixing issue 136, and packed being incorrect and/or unfinished (MP5 just has an empty pointer slot, and the G3 is missing the optics slot). If the current (nov2019 commit) state of the repo ends up in the next release, this will get fixed without any further effort. Just depends on @toadie2k taking a deep breath before hitting compile :P
