Small Mass, Ballistics, Naming, Recoil Fixes

When merged, this PR will:

• Correct Ghillie AWM's to no longer have magically less mass than their non-ghillie versions
• Add ACE Ballistics data to all weapons in hlc_wp_m16a2
• Add missing mass value to hlc_rifle_hk53RAS
• Add missing or correct existing ACE Ballistics values in hlc_wp_AK
• Add missing or correct existing ACE Ballistics values in hlc_wp_FAL
• Correct existing ACE Ballistics values in hlc_wp_g36
• Correct mass and ROF values in hlc_lmg_mk46, hlc_lmg_mk46mod1, hlc_lmg_mk48, and hlc_lmg_mk48mod1
• Apply proper BI recoils to hlc_wp_AK
• Apply missing recoil_saw to hlc_wp_saw
• Apply proper name string to hlc_lmg_minimipara_long_railed
• Apply proper ammo type to M14 SOST magazines
• Correct ballistics for HLC_300Blackout_SMK
• Correct STR_NIA_50Rnd_300BLK_M_STANAG to display proper ammo name in X-15 magazine
• Update list of compatible RHS grips

These were already included in #156 and #168. In my experience, git diff is unreliable when it comes to xml files, so this is a case for caution when merging. Also, initSpeed (which is usually intended to equal typicalSpeed) on the TAC-TX mag is 670.6, not 601.

Not sure I agree with some of the other balancing changes here, though that is from a pure balancing and game design POV, not realism.

Missed that on the TAC-TX, fixing to match initSpeed. ACE doesn't typically care for it, but I forget most play without it.

As for balancing, if you're referring to the recoils, I followed the example set in hlc_wp_ar15, which uses recoil_spar for majority of the weapons, and applied the existing BI recoils to the classes. hlc_wp_ak doesn't seem to have been overhauled since the release of the APEX DLC, which was when such recoils were added. hlc_aek_971 was changed to recoil_aks because I feel it doesn't make much sense for a 5.45 AK to have the same recoil as 7.62, particularly when they're differentiated in the same config.
