improve header spacing #10

It looks quite bad right now.

h1 needs to have way more space underneath it. h2 needs to have less space underneath it and a bit more space above it.

It's an easy fix -- I'm putting this here so that we don't forget about it.

h1 used to have enough space below it, but somebody removed it. Time for a git bisect?
