Instead of involving extra software, we could prepare extra styles for printing (which get activated whenever the user chooses to print the page, e.g., by pressing Ctrl+P
).

(For the record, the ‘printing’ stylesheet would involve styles for hiding the logo, borders, and the lined paper background, and also replacing colour-filled areas with transparent ones to save ink.)
I don't think that's nearly as good. Proper PDF generation would include every lesson as well as a table of contents. Printing every page individually is a big burden.
Oh, you want them all in one PDF. I didn't catch that. I guess I'll take a look at the project you suggested we use, then.
