restore main dialogue tables #3

Sorry, but the new layout is missing the line numbers and doesn't have a line in the middle. The circled numbers shouldn't be in their own column, either. Please refer to the image above.

I get that there used to be an older version that you preferred, but you have to understand that it's simply not possible with Markdown. Unless you want to write raw HTML instead, as it had been until the switch.

Should an alternative solution be proposed, I'll stick to that and try to implement it, but for now, this is all that can be done.
