clickable note numbers #6

It would be nice if the circled numbers in the lesson texts took the reader to the corresponding note below the lesson text and/or hilighted that note via a change in background color.

We could do that, but it would probably overcomplicate the process.

The note numbers we'd need to replace with <a href="#fn1>¹</a> (this goes for each footnote), and the notes section would need to include the anchors, so <a id="fn1"></a> (same remark as above).

I'll submit a PR with the necessary changes so you can see if it flies with you.
