To save a scenarii modification, the user have to click on "Save".
If he does not do it, he can change of windows. However, if he reload the page, his modifications are lost.
It is not obvious that he has to click on "Save". There is two solutions :
Automaticaly save every modifications
Show with a "star" that the modifications are not save and inform with a pop up that the modification are not save if the user want to reload or quit the page.
I prefer the first option rather than the second one because it is easier to develop and easier for the user.
