sqn needs to be merged and driver needs to be tested

sdio.c both .suspend and .resume are commented out. thety may need to be fixed for some reason. but it doesnt seem to hurt wimax working as it still does work. maybe some thing to look at if there is some sort of sleep issue with it. but it works \o/
