Move from snowpack fork to esinstall #13

@sector/breadbox is a fork of snowpack v1. The snowpack project has since moved on to being something else and recently put out a package called esinstall that does what we use from snowpack v1. We should implement esinstall inside of the toast package.

You can already ditch breadbox if you want to write your own esinstall script like the one on my personal site.

everyone (and the starters, etc) has moved on to esinstall at this point afaik
