[Feature] Last.fm / Libre.fm Scrobbling #102

Last.fm and Libre.fm are basically a personalized music diary and social media with various statistic. You can go revisit what kind of music you listen in specific date one decade ago, or simply looking for friends who enjoy similar niche music taste with you.

This feature are often considered as essential feature among music enthusiast and audiophile. Music player like VLC, AIMP, Clementine, Audacious, Amarok and SongBird support them natively. I hope SpMp will support this feature as well :)

Already planned, will probably be one of the first things I add after #93

Never managed to get around to this unfortunately. Probably won't be adding anymore but I'll keep this open.
