Remove animations from tutorial notebooks #301

Although the animations are nice to have, we don't generate them for the repository and they add time to checking the notebooks in CI. Should we remove them or comment them out?

Totally agree on this. I would be in favor of removing them instead of having commented out code in the notebooks.

As we integrate the example tutorials back into the tobac repository, we could think about showing just one or two example animations, so that users get the example code and having at least one animation on the read the docs page would be nice actually :)
