Thanks! Are you planning to use the code or algorithmic idea? I have some improvements I would like to implement and I have been looking to get in touch with potential users.

The MIT license seems fine. I will add it.

@tobc Thanks for the swift reply. Any license is a good thing as otherwise, no license means no license!I have no specific plans yet, but I just happen to be fascinated by LSHs and sketching algos and their application for clustering and near similarity ... so when I see fresh work in the field, I jump on it with delight!
