it is related with #18, and the file shall be stabilize for a while. Let's wait to see what shall be put here,

One detail document shall be written for further spread and discussion

The DOCKER.pkg reminds me of the Mac OS application. If it's the configuration file, renaming as pirate.ini could be better :smiley:

Original thoughts is to create standard rpm like package information, it maybe not .ini later.

Anyway, let's choose PIRATE.ini (use capital words to indicate it is not normal file)
