Request ownership transfer of create-relay-app package #1

The create-relay-app package is currently taken by https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-relay-app

The package hasn't been updated in 5 years and seems to have no active users.

Therefore I think it's reasonable to ask, if the owner of the package can transfer ownership over the package to us, so we can publish this package under its name.

@kassens Sorry for the ping, but I believe you are the current owner of the create-relay-app package.

I had already written you an Email (the one linked on your GitHub profile), but I thought maybe I should also reach out here, just in case :)

As I mentioned in my Email, I wanted to kindly ask you, if you could transfer ownership of the create-relay-app package name to me, so I can publish this package under its name.

The process of transferring the package should be doable in under 2 minutes from the npm website as detailed here: https://docs.npmjs.com/transferring-a-package-from-a-user-account-to-another-user-account
