Added a simple JS and JQuery plugin that allows the creation and removal of a spinner to a DOM element.
Added Minified Spinkit CSS
Included Example fields for JS and JQuery usage

Thanks for adding a minified version, it's now included as of #143 🙏 the rest of this PR is obsolete.
