Implement new state commands #269

This is a proposal to implement other status commands described at These endpoints give the state of the various subsystems of the car

I was inspired by the need of use some extra API calls to get "Data from the Vehicle" and "Nearby Charging Sites" as commented here https://github.com/tobiasehlert/teslamateapi/discussions/263
