Update Solax-X3.json #54

try to add Cell_Voltage_High and Cell_Voltage_Low.

The test in the ModbusGateway works fine. Modbus_Gateway

The shown 3173 represents a voltage of Cell_Voltage_High of 3,173V. Hope i changed the file correctly.

My WR is a Solax_Hybrid X3 G4.

I build the software and testet it on my ESP32. The both new values are working fine.

But i have issues with 3.2.0. Before i uses 3.1.5. i opened a new issue with details
