Merged to main, although the branch for adjustments is proposals-2024.06

But the change comes from @larshp , so its OK and congrats for being the first contributor

suggest having main as the latest, and do tags for releases? I haven't looked much into the setup, but it might be easier to go back in history and see an old radar

The latest published tech radar will be a release (on main), but for the changes, that form a future tech radar release, these should be added to the branch proposals-year.month

This way the main branch is clean of proposals. When someone is cloning the repo and runs it locally, main will show the current published tech radar.
