Description:
Install and configure an MQTT broker (or Kafka) instance for sending messages between edge devices and backend systems.

Definition of Done:

[ ] MQTT or Kafka broker is installed and configured for use.
[ ] Broker is accessible from edge devices and backend systems.

Testing Notes:

[ ] Test broker connectivity from Raspberry Pi (edge device).
[ ] Ensure that the broker can handle constant connection without failure.
