Level select #8

Level select screen. Can just be a scrolling list of all the levels with the following info:

Would be nice to also have completion status (save it to the cart data), but also moves and shots if possible (will not fit in cart data unless I have really few levels). Could store the latter in the "ROM" itself with cstore() though, possibly.
