Grid draws after markings are drawn #279

I needed to make a marking line on 0 (from: 0, to: 0). Problem is that
there's a tick in that location too. It doesn't look nice when you see line
on line. My solution was to draw grid before markings, but that's not good
for all cases. There should probably be option for each marking to draw it
under or above grid.
