It seems good to have a generic name such as ISOBMFF
target the "latest version" of a spec, and not a specific version stuck in time. More importantly, the 2015 version has been withdrawn in favor of the 2022 version, so references to it should be updated to the 2022 version in any case.

The URL to the spec is no longer valid because the ISOBMFF spec is no longer publicly available. On top of that, it seems better to redirect to the actual entry in the ISO list of specs which is maintained automatically.
