Bump Markdown package version #15

It's exciting to see compliance with John Gruber's original test suite in the Markdown package. The change should be reflected in the package version, which so far has remained the same (0.9).

Actually, while running the original test suite I noticed some things wanting improvement. The test suite is quite good in the sense that it gives one lots of ideas on what hasn't been covered by it, it is by no means exhaustive.

Ok, you're right, let's bump it to 1.0.
