Header menu #13

Insert a header navigation.

Awesome work! I've some suggestions

  1. fixed top navbar, full width, menu items same width as content
  2. remove top heading over menu, not needed anymore
  3. brand link in menu should always be the link of the root page
  4. add prev/next buttons to the menu (position right), still visible on mobile
  5. add dropdown icons, or depends this on the used bootswatch theme?
  6. Smaller font for navbar main menu items
