Proper implementation of ze.tt gr.een Bypass #4

The articles published on ze.tt gr.een will be deleted afterwards by the paywall script included in header.js, which also includes several other important functions to ensure a working side header.

The article gets cut by a max-height inline css attribute. Will be included in the next release.
