Add plugin to the Time Tracking category #29

Move the plugin out of the generic 'Custom' category to a dedicated 'Time Tracking' category which can be shared with similar plugins.

As I've just released a Clockify plugin it would be great to share the same category for the Toggl and the Clockify action.

Hi Lukas,

I'd absolutely support this PR, but as part of the plugins rewrite (which is kinda on hold due to personal reasons) I'll add multiple actions and thus move all of them into a Toggl category. I do not plan to publish another update before the rewrite, so I'll close this PR.
