Parameters not saved to SD card #1

PX4 intermittently responds with "[cmd] operation not permitted" or "[cmd] command failed2:245" after sending it a save parameter command over Mavlink. Parameters are not saved when this happens. System is not armed. So far, this never appears to happen on the first time trying to save. So far, this has only happened using qGroundControl and never with the iOS app.

Haven't been able to recreate since switching to updated code from upstream/master
