Your title should not be My Podcast S02E10 - Christmas Special!. It should rather be Christmas Special, with the other information being included in the appropriate fields.

Perhaps we could check whether episode titles start with the podcast title, and warn about that? I have experienced Apple Podcasts simply stripping the podcast title from the beginning of episode titles, which did not work particularly well for a podcast with titles like [Podcast title] does things.
