Doesn't increase the mana of Viper Sting, the other effects work though.

can't find any info at any sites about how it should work, but if I'm correctly understand than this one should help http://paste2.org/p/1403887

but in game it doesn't change the tooltip when you picking this talent... maybe it's supposed to be, maybe not...

Let it open, maybe later i will get right info or confirmations
