Has no inner 1.5 second cooldown.

I've tried this, but had no effect. -- Set Bone Shield's ICD to 1.5 seconds DELETE FROM spell_proc_event WHERE entry = 63251; UPDATE spell_proc_event SET cooldown=1.5 WHERE entry = 49222;

it's really should be 1.5 seconds? i heard about 3 seconds (and it already in DB) and just didn't touched this value. You also need a core part to make cooldown really work - it's [p171]

seems about cooldown it's really true

With 4 Charges this gives you ~6 seconds of 20% reduced damage intake

6 / 4 = 1.5

but i'm unsure, maybe it's redesigned in Cata?

I see that's where your comment came from. Well, the comment you quoted was made on 11/06/2008 (Patch 3.0.3), so it can't be Cataclysm information. Can't find video's either. Bah!
