External Dac not working #1

How did you connect the external dac to the M5Stack - I'm currently trying to use the M5Stack Env node for that, but no matter what i do, it does not work. (sorry to contact you like that but i did not find any other option)

hey thanks for your feedback ^^

I was going to contact you anyway (see this bot-created thread).

So in order to get this particular setup to work with an external DAC, I had to cut the speaker cables and re-used the pins to connect to the DAC.

Using the secondary DAC was producing sound artifacts (M5Stack classic 2nd gen), and keeping the speaker connected wasn't a good idea since I could "hear" the undecoded sound data.

Also it was a very good excuse to build my own hat ^^
