Add default template directory #29

I think most people just use the templates included with this plugin, so this saves a bit of configuration. You can still set the pdv_template_dir variable yourself, to override the default.

I was going to ask for exactly this feature. Makes a lot of sense to me. The plugin should work out of the box without any template configuration.
