[Optimization] Web URL + Folder Shortcuts in Mobile View Launcher Bar #147

Optimization Needed

Under Personalisation > Advance > Mobile Desktop Shortcuts, it appears that it's currently only possible to set shortcuts to ArozOS WebApp Modules.

Given that we can create shortcuts in Desktop mode for Website URLs and Folder Shortcuts, it would be cool if we could set these type of shortcuts in the mobile view as well. It seems like this is a minor UX oversight between desktop <-> mobile.
