NotepadA fail to edit and save file in external storage (/media/storage*) #8

Some minor bug fix should be done over checkPath.php and editor.php for allow external directory files editing that is allowed in system settings.

Fixed in 27-3-2020 updates. However, compile C script using GCC Interface (GCCI) on external storage is still not supported.
