Install seperate Open Fire XMPP server #181

Install and configure an open fire xmpp server to have the channels needed so 
that LASAD can communicate indicators and the MMFT can communicate feedback 
commands.

Installation on Windows machine was successful.
Here are brief installation instructions:
0. Run OPENFIRE_HOME\bin\openfire and proceed with instructions there
1. tried to install to external-db, but took time to configure mysql database 
and user...,
    used embeded instead
2. admin name is admin
3. create chat rooms in openfire
4. configure lasad xmpp configs
5. create users for CASE tool users (LasadAnalysisTestAlmer, 
LasadCommandTestAlmer)
