Add UI elements to LASAD template definition #183

Add new UI elements to the template definition inside "LASAD Authoring Tool" 
tab.
Write comments to the manual describing what each ui element does.

New UI elements correspond to the following features in template options:
onlyauthorcanmodify="true|false",
committextbyenter="true|false",
straightlink="true|false"

One possible implementation is implemented. Screenshot is attached.
