UserType - new UrlParameter #184

Add a new url parameter of type enum called UserType to 'UrlParameterConfig' 
class.
For the time being introduce two user types: 'standard', 'power'.
By default it should be set to 'standard'

r382 does part of this with the difference that I added one more type 
METAFORA_USER (together with STANDARD_WIZARD and POWER_WIZARD). 

The default is STANDARD_WIZARD. The others are mapped to their equivalent 
string (in caps) using the param userType when launched (see UrlParameterConfig 
in r382 and r383 where I changed the defaults)

thanks, Manolis. This functionality is used to display additional textBox to 
the wizard. Object ids separated by comma can be specified in order to 
highlight the objects on the map.

Good. Just bear in mind that this is also used for other things e.g. to display 
the monitoring tool or not.  I change the default to be STANDARD_WIZARD so as 
we are backwards compatible with what we had so far. Eventually we can change 
the default to be POWER as I find the functionality useful.
