Done when: 0 data imporance overides color and makes it gray

The intensity of the color from gray (0 data importance) to bright color depends on how high the data importance is

2hr - trouble getting dataImportance into js

Done with just making it gray, still need to consider how to change the intensity is a reasonable fashion.
