Properly formatting data returned from RCaller in returnConfirmatoryMatrix #264

Done When: the data returned from RCaller's returnConfirmatoryMatrix() is put into a format that makes sense for use.

From R it comes with a lot of garbage 0s which represent connections that were not made. The non-zero numbers are the strengths of the connections assigned in the model file

In confirmatoryGraph(), the dataSem.dhp is printed which comes out to be readable; the name of the link between a leanringObject and concept. That data type is not a matrix though. dataSem.dhp$A is a matrix but is very messy and needs to be cleaned before being used Screen Shot 2017-12-20 at 3.01.23 PM.png
