Default sw other than THR

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In "radio setup" menu try change "default SW"
2.can't move to other than T value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ability to move and change the other values than T 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

It also happened to someone in r670 as seen in issue 352, I am getting the same 
problem with r789.

In r803 this is changed. The switch setting is made by setting the switches to 
their required positions, then pressing MENU.
