Allow Mu with using #6

I wanted to see if you thought it might make sense to allow Mu after using. Of course, this can also be done by manually requiring MooX::ShortHas at the top of the package, so I'm not sure if you'll think this is worth it.

I assume support would need to be added here:

I'd be happy to help out if you think this would be useful.

Actually, depending on the internals of Moops, this may be more work than I thought.
