18NEB Crashes During Undo in Hotseat Game

Hello, I have tried numerous 18NEB games using hotseat mode and the game always seems to crash out whenever I need to use the undo button or jump back to an earlier action. Here is my latest error message:

We're sorry this game cannot be continued due to GameError: Blocking step Lay/Upgrade Track cannot process action 26 Broken action: { "type": "lay_tile", "entity": "UP", "entity_type": "corporation", "id": 26, "created_at": 1719428057, "hex": "J8", "tile": "58-0", "rotation": 2 }

What's your Game ID? I think it is Hs_vboilrys_1719427850

If your game is "Hotseat", provide a link to your raw game data by using the Tools tab and Copy Game Data.

Paste that data into a github gist and share the resulting link which will look something like https://gist.github.com/[your_name]/[some_letters].

How to Reproduce the Bug?

It seems to happen when I undo something or jump back to an earlier point in the game

Please include screenshots (you can drag and drop or upload them into this issue)

Today, I am using an older PC running Windows 7 and Chrome but the same error has happened using a newer desktop PC using Windows 10 -->

Which Browser / Platform? Version 109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I can't say whether this would happen with other humans but this has happened numerous times to me over the last couple of months. I seem to think that in one game I might have made it to completion without ever using the undo action. If I recall, it seemed to perform normally otherwise. It looks like the "UP lays J8" action somehow got mis-ordered, which since it's happened in multiple games points towards a broader bug

Benjamin: It seems like it happened in another 18NEB game weeks ago when the two minor companies formed late in the game but I couldn't say for sure so I didn't mention it in the bug report. It definitely happens whenever using the undo key or jumping back to an earlier point in the game. I hope someone can figure out what is going on.
